the gym was not maintained and the spa (jacuzzi and sauna) were not functional.

location is very quite with gym, small spa and swimming pool accessable for free

pool area was nice and clean but the sun beds were really uncomfortable but most are

few miles away from fuzeta beach and olhao and tavira, the room we stayed was big enough and the kitchen and

also you can get sandwiches/toasties/snacks from the bar at a very reasonable price

friendly staff , spotlessly clean , the whole place smelt wonderful, excellent spa

the room was spacious and we had a nice balcony that overlooked the pool area and the marina across the street

dinner was a disaster due to there apparently only being one member of staff in the kitchen

wifi was not strong or fast enough

for golfing or just a quiet weekend with a partner

the breakfast was delicious and relaxing by the swimming pool was memorable

around it, then you need to be prepared that there isn t any such thing around it other than golf terrains

breakfast, the pool and the proximity to the beach were incredible

excellent facilities a great deal of thought went into the layout of the rooms ,restaurants,spa and

amazing service, beautiful new hotel, amazing spa facilities and such a great location

housekeeping was excellent and the staff at the spa were very welcoming

we were disappointed there were no spa treatments on offer but appreciate that was due to covid.

breakfast, pools and spa room are in credible and excellent and friendly team

did a massage at the spa and we don't advice this

expecting more from the spa area

the spa bath didn't work

the sauna and spa were not warmed up before opening time - so were too cold to use when planned

got an upgraded room with a spa bathtub; which was simply great

we had a problem with the water temperature of the spa bath, but the staff was ready to help.

there is an indoor pool and spa downstairs, the outdoor pool was being renovated, not a loss in january

they closed the spa from 2 to 4pm because kids could enter it and

as we only stayed one night, due to us heading on to another town, we didn't use the spa - hence can't comment

although the spa area could do with a little attention
