quiet, friendly staff, good size rooms, very clean, excellent breakfast, strong wifi, secure external car

location (close to the motorway), staff and for kids

the location is good and the secure parking is a real bonus

a sandwich from room service and it was very poor and below average

breakfast staff standing behind waiting to take plates although they where cery bice and helpful

not have much variety of food (since we didn t like the fixed menu choices, we were offered the room service

add vegetables to breakfast, but this is an issue common to all hotels in spain

the gym facilities were good also with a good range of simple equipment with the sauna and steam room

excellent facilities,great food and spotlessly clean. spa and treatments fantastic

of all, be prepared for an older style spa facility accommodating large numbers of spanish pensioners who have

interesting largeish (albeit a bit bland) hotel with the vast majority of the guests using the spa and pool

there is no relaxing spa unlike the description states

didn't realise not possible to swim first thing in the morning and didn't realise a spa pool was different from

this hotel as on route to the euro tunnel from spain costa blanca, so ideal especially having our pet small dog

there is a go-cart track alongside which could be an advantage for kids entertainment but maybe quite noisy
