there were the perfect amount of electrical outlets and well spaced for my work needs

i learned that there was conference in town and that may be the reason king spa seems so booked

didn't like that there was no spa for a massage

no places to to grab a bite to eat other than bar in hotel nearby.

very happy with this hotel. the room, location, and services (shuttle) were great.

advertise pet friendly, but they do not tell you it is $100 per pet

loved the comfy bed, shower facilities, gym and pool, o malleys restaurant was excellent and the staff were

rooms were nice, the lobby wll maintained and it actually has a sizable and good gym and pool, although the pool

staff was nice. room service came quick.

night clerk wendy was rude, abrupt and made us pay $100 cash for a pet fee

location was a convenient drive to king spa which was my destination

hotel is close to the airport and provides a shuttle service

they ran out of breakfast because they could not accommodate two large buses of kids

paula at front desk was wonderful, sanjay the shuttle driver was very helpful.

the breakfast selections was good and i really like the prompt response to shuttle pickup

the pool wasn t open but with covid i understand

the lobby always smelled food from the kitchen and the smell was not good

was amazing, parking was free, wifi was strong,it was close to the highway and

staff, from the shuttle driver, to the late night desk crew, to the morning desk crew and kitchen staff were

no bar or restaurant on location

a pool always a bonus but spa nxt door willing to take us

offered room service however i waited for over 4 hours for my dinner and had to call 3 times and nobody

pillows had no fluffy- look big but go completely flat when you put your head on them, no laundry at

room was spacious, clean and quiet

is beautiful and they had everything ready and even more things than i ever could ask for the spa was the best

the property is beautiful, so many things to do. the spa is wonderful.

kids felt welcome and taken care of the second they stepped through the entrance and smelled the spa like

it was disappointing that the spa and indoor pool were in the process of being resurfaced, so they were closed

so surprised and happy they had free laundry facilities for guests
