pool, curtains wouldn't stay closed, breakfast was not impressive, cleaning ladies entered our room

put 4 adult 2 kids asked for a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa on the 3rd party site didn't get that
breakfast was good, hot & yes the eggs/bacon was just right!!!!!

on this site it would be great if it was written that the hotel entrance was going through the parking lot of

downside was that it is a 4 star diamond resort and certain things were not available, like the spa but it s

i deliberately wanted 2 rooms as i have 2 kids

staff is very helpful and friendly you can exchange laundry no matter what time and they always have a smile
if i could recommend any changes it would be to get rid of the carpet in the rooms.
