need better access into the pool(no steps)

really stinks for people that have kids performing across the street and have no were to go on a sunday

staff was amazing, they were so good to us and our kids

new years eve but this place want to have fire alarms going off very early and having people and kids outside

after check out they could extend our stay to use the pool services and the gym since we had a late flight home

spa would be nice.

spa was closed restaurant closed except for dinner.

was spacious with a very comfortable bed

spa facility was beautiful

because we did not use the exercise facility, the pool or spa the fee was an added expense where we received

desk was rude breakfast lady was rude employees seem uptight

the airport shuttle van upholstery was really stained thoroughly

excellent breakfast. staff was excellent! very good value for the price!

nice clean , large room, comfy big bed. wifi good. good kitchen area in the room

free breakfast that was nicely presented and the staff was great

pool was rather cold. spa was nice & hot. liked the barn door to bathroom

large clean rooms beds and pillows very comfy great pool, spa and sauna

the indoor pool and spa was nice, but looked like they really needed cleaning

a water slide like the pool uptown would have been nice.

wifi, pool, hot tub and sauna were closed but not listed as closed on the website

it has comfortable rooms, and they are pet friendly

plenty of parking in the back for our truck and trailer

i was unable to use the gym or the steam room bc everything was torn up

the hotel may be pet friendly but not people friendly defending the dogs which were off leash

us on the day we checked in that pool and spa were unavailable

we enjoyed the spa tub, the spacious room and the view from our window

spa tub didn t work

only issue was i paid for a spa bathroom and it wasn t in the room but it was taken care of

the spa definitely wasn't working

the tiles in the shower were broken, the pool was cloudy and the spa was covered in algae

parking was well lit and right outside the room

not their fault, but the pool and spa was not open.

that we got a dirty room the next day our room didnt even get clean the 3rd day they used our old laundry to

also got a facial at the spa and it was such a good experience

bree the massage therapist in the spa was fantastic and loved the art

pool was great

we didn t use the pool or go to the movie, but liked seeing so many people enjoying it

the vibe, staff super friendly and chill, the secret bar was a treat and the cocktail,

the people from other rooms fighting in parking lot and no security or someone to tell something

i did not have an opportunity for breakfast.

teeny little breakfast available in the office, juice ,waffles, toast, coffee,

the breakfast was okay but it didn't have eggs, sausage and bacon

breakfast was waffles and coffee. there was nothing else available except juice and donuts.

has everything you could need as far as amenities and the gym was great

the bar was good and the food they made there was delicious

only complaint i have is that the indoor pool needs to be alot warmer i mean alot more warm it was cold

no room service so you have to order from there and then go pick it up

to the club floor, which was awesome, but i do wish that they actually put snacks out or had breakfast like it

i didn't like was i was told the pool and spa were warm but when my kids got in it was cold

washer dryer. make available laundry soap and dryer sheets. pool ,spa great

to many kids in hot tub and pool , unable to take a swim with all the chaos
