staff are lovely, spa is amazing

i didn t like the fact that i didn t have a mini bar inside my room

they also have a great outdoor pool and chairs with wonderful landscaping

worn down conference hotel pool closed with no beforehand info

there was no access to the game room, and the pool was closed by 6pm

the handicap bathroom had a retractable bar in it, but wasn t retractable to move it out of the way for normal

pool needs more umbrellas and if it is heated as they say, it was quite chilly

the spa tub did not drain well during the shower, so we did not even get to use the jacuzzi, plus

clean, quiet room. lots of safe and well lit parking.

i went to the gym immediately upon arrival, and the treadmill would not turn on

the wifi works pretty well

tv, wifi, and phone were all in some state of disrepair, and the staff's solution was to give us a
