wifi was poor in the lobby and rooms

the wifi was good in common areas but only minimal in the rooms.

the bar and restaurant staff were excellent

very limited restaurant and bar hours. everything closed and locked up at 7.30

pool is dirty, sauna not working, restaurant only open for lunch and weekend dinner

prices for the spa and associated services are high.

spa facilities are kinda basic but they have everything to relax and enjoy the hotel

enjoyed our spa stay and especially the pool circuit

spa norat torre do deza was without a doubt one of the nicest places i've stayed at in years

the rooms are very clean and the spa facilities are really good, too.

in the hotel grounds there are lots of outside seating areas and the spa is lovely

the spa access costs extra and the hotel is far from santiago or any atractions

modern. clean. spacious. spa facilities. restaurant. breakfast. just fabulous

poor breakfast

wifi, dirty sheets, dirty windows, fridge and ac not working in over 30 degrees, thin walls, no

breakfast was good although it could of had more variety

no toilet brush in wc we wanted a few things for breakfast and service didnt give us that option just payed

breakfast too expensive, nowhere near the camino trail

an indoor pool and spa would have been a plus

we ordered room service, and the food was very underwhelming given they claimed it was

good location next to airport but they provide shuttle to the city

parking is free and convenient

also the on-site laundry was good

facilities and some spa services were closed

excellent location, very clean, efficient staff, nice spa services

the laundry service wasn't available, the room service dinner was delivered in multiple trips and

the pool wasn't open

one day the room service placed fresh towels on top of bide (see photo)

this time we were in an 'under the roof' room so heard a little bit of bar noise

the wifi connexion was really slow and weak sign.

they helped me get my laundry done for a reasonable price
