the pool was really cold!

parking was tight

no wifi signal in back row of rooms.

wifi super weak where i was in the end room of the row

the hotel offered parking on site and there were plenty of eating options in the city

spa area works till 10pm unlike other places that closing it early

room layout and spaciousness were just what we needed

spa was down ! even after i called to see if it open off season

the pool and spa area has been closed since we started staying here, but considering the area and cold weather

of the pool in spa area is repulsive

we loved the christmas decorations, music and activities and loved having a spa outdoors at night

spa was pricey and there wasn't much availability - would have loved to get a massage.

has a lovely spa and 24 hours heated pool/hot tubs

the spa is incredible as well

the spa visit at the end of the trip was perfect after many long hikes
