was very comfortable and room was spacious, price was good and food we ordered through room service was

we spent two nights here, we managed to check out the gym as well as the restaurant and i would defiantly

no belcony and do to covid the amenities where all closed so no pool spa gym or dinning

was very soft very good wifi was greeted by a very friendly man at the front desk however that was the last i

restaurant, no vending machines, homeless vagrants outside exits, laundry services were broken, gym fitness

no lounge or bar area either

the room service was excellent and very prompt

to jets game and the kids got to meet the nhl players

kids like the swimming pool more than shopping

we had great time at the pools with kids. great hotel and service. secure parking is a plus.

suite was nice and big and had a balcony and plenty of space/ facilities

not get in to 24hour gym i went to get staff they let me in the 18+ gym it was full of kids

barely get information about what we have access like if there its a gym ,pool close very early

also they had a decent gym which is hard to find

finicky wifi access but it finally worked.

breakfast was ok, there was a family of 5 in front of me and the kids kept touching things and putting them back
