the wedding night, they have upgrade us for suite and allow us with late check out

also, we arrived at 8pm to check in and the restaurant was fully booked and room service was not available

no phone in the room for room service (we were told we could order in the reception and that was the room

should be a note in the spa area advising guests that must require at the reception for make spa facilities to

favourite hotel on our trip, which included a night in a parador in spain

i did use spa facilities so cannot comment on those

of the spa facilities were out of order, menu in the restaurant could have had more choice, not at all for

view from the dinning area/bar, lovely pool and spa (: the staff was helpful and friendly

the spa was not included and nothing was written in booking

breakfast was the best, and the spa open hours could be longer

i wish i had arranged for spa services, it is the perfect rest stop

happens with most residents, the signs need to be improved in the hotel to find your way to the spa & outdoor

staffs are so kind and friendly, spa facilities are great when there are not too many users, excellent location

the spa was nice , but no jacuzzi

was renovation going on for the gym and all the spa sections of the hotel, which were closed

in certain areas especially at entrance and the spa which was extremely slippy and i nearly went flying

one feels like one is in a spa getaway

also used the spa facility which is half inside, half out overlooking the river

location & beautiful surroundings, friendly, welcoming staff, clean and beautiful room, luxurious spa and

the inside is amazing, we had a spacious room with also a babybed

the room was spacious and very comfortable, the spa was lovely and so was the breakfast

there is a very well equipped spa and 2 swimming pools

swiming pool, breakfast, staff, the spa staff for the massage senhor daniel does the best massage, everything

we didn't have enough time on this trip to check out the spa area, but will do the next time.

the spa and 2nd indoor pool areas were closed due to covid, but i look forward to enjoying them another
