we enjoyed the spa and the massages

there were so many activities for us all to enjoy. the spa was awesome we used it all day!

we booked this hotel specifically to relax in the spa after our flight but swimming pool was not cleaned,

kids running around the pool unattended, actually saw a couple giving the infant a sip of beer

also the gym and sauna were nice surprises

note hotel gym, while usually great by hotel standards, was closed for renovations

reserved the spa because of my son and husband were going to a show

as was the spa menu and i think post covid it's ok to have laminated docs for folks to review

pool and spa was great with lots of clean towels available

the staff in the spa was not friendly and very difficult to deal with

dropped into the spa and got a tour, considered the spa pass to enjoy the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi in the

only disappointing thing was that the spa was closed because of covid but i didn't have time to use it anyways
