was very comfortable very peaceful, spa facilities was amazing
staff, especially sinead in the spa and the very friendly welcoming lady on check in whose name i cannot recall
was one of the best spa treatments we ever had

lovely pool and spa facilities as well as a gym.
the spa had some black stuff floating in it which was a bit of a dampener for us.

few broken tiles near the plunge pool in the spa that do need fixing
spa suite requires updating and the pool was cloudy looking so didn t go in otherwise was
comfortable, warm and welcoming. quiet with a nice atmosphere. staff all lovely. spa is nice.
the spa / gym area is small but perfectly adequate - i really enjoyed my visit

the spa bath tub was faulty
add on at 12 per night, the alternative on street paid parking was very limited due to carpark spaces occupied
the spa which is new was an extra amazing addition to an already exceptional hotel, we were lucky to
spa also on the premises which was also excellent value
only concern was there a camera in the spa in front of the open showers

business class upgrade included thermal spa passes and daily newspapers and water
terrie in the spa went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing time
couldn't fault anything we stayed 2 nights ate all our meals there enjoyed the spa and other facilities couldn
the breakfast was wonderful with something for everyones taste and the spa is fabulous.
