pool area was not well managed with signs indicating that the pool and spa were closed

pool/spa area were immaculate

the pool was clean and even the hot tub was on and ready to go

good for kids, swimming pool is big, plus there is a nice jacuzzi, bbq area, billiard table by the pool and

wifi, the pillows and the bed

gym could have more equipment

carpets were duty and stained, no toiletries, no extra pillows or blankets and best of all, room service

we had to get all kids out of the pool to get drinks or food if my husband and i were both not at pool at same

number provided for room service didn't answer
