pool/spa could be updated.

there was long black hairs in the spa tub and we both have very short hair so definitly need better housekeeping

in the room, we had a physically broken tv (not just electrical), and a spa that wasn't usable due to plumbing

kids running up and down the hall all hours of the night slamming doors

no room service

pool was closed and looked a bit rough and it was indoors but i m sure they had their reasons

pool is ok

there were kids running around and shouting all night
