the pool was hot, and the small spa was cold

went to the pool and spa tub wasn't working and the exercise room was closed and looked like there was no

only thing i liked about the property was the indoor pool and then the spa was of course closed on top of that

we were not impressed with the size of the pool area or that the spa was closed.

has a great pool area, and lazy river, plus 2 jacuzzis

beach bar and grill on first floor was good, and offered dancing in the evenings

kitchenette rooms have a microwave, full refrigerator, small dining table with chairs, and separate

also the kitchen area was missing the counter top strips which made it look damaged and not nice, the carpet

location, plenty of pools, ocean front, everything needed in the room, staff was excellent

great location. the pool areas were so nice and never too crowded.

advertised as having a kitchen but only had a mini fridge and a 2 eye cooktop that didn t work

t aware that the indoor pool and spa wasn t onsite

we never saw the spa bc no one answered the phone

spa service was pleasant and relaxing

a nice hotel but with parking fees, resort fees, wifi charges

spa services left a message and they never returned our calls.

very nice pools and spa only bad thing was it was a bit cool the weekend we went

the location was fantastic. the pools and kids water park were terrific.

lots of stuff for kids to do, my family had a blast staying at the resort

the kitchen was nicely equipped

the staff was quick to resolve any issues we have and even accommodated us with a late check out

the kitchen was stocked with utensils needed to prepare breakfast before leaving for the day

the pools were amazing

as i walk around and look at the different amenities like the spa and poolside bar

are 2 pools, the outdoor one an infinity pool, we did not use the indoor pool or jacuzzi or the gym, but they

from the valet parking to the beach shuttle, everything was took notch

at the downstairs restaurant is pretty good and the best part is that for every paying adult kids get free

the bartender with the bald head at the pool outside was so kind

t the property- has been kept largely intact with the hotel set down amidst the southern oaks and spanish moss

great hotel, super accommodating and facilities such as pool and spa were awesome!

the hibiscus spa treatment really topped the experience

the nail spa was not the best

they even have a nail salon and spa and

the spa wasn't there anymore, but it was still advertised on the website

i loved the nail spa that is at the resort

there was a spa on site for manicures and pedicures

larger garbage cans, no ice machine on 2nd floor, the swimming pool had ants in it and the hot spa could have

so no laundry room, the elevators stopped working, no gym equipment that works, and no spa (as it says on the

pool should be kept open longer like past 8:30

but our villa was very nice spacious we close to the salt and lime restaurant, indoor pool, spa and nail

snack and drink bar was great and pool dj's played great music and involved guests in games

saw a few bugs in the kitchen area, also only 2 tvs out of 3 had cable

out sofa uncomfortable, kitchen not fully useful - no linens, potholders, dish scrubber or drainers requested

the rooms and breakfast was great everything was clean the staff was so nice, the pool and the spa was clean,

the shower head was like a spa treatment
