upset that the pool and spa wasn't open

the hot tub in the pool/spa area was broken and out of order

wish the spa had been open but understand due to covid

spa and hot tub not open - but not hotel's fault :(

spa and fitness center were really nice

swimming pool is amazing and it is good choose if you with the kids like us

the parking lot of complicated to get to. there was just a shower, no bathtub for the kids.

bar/restaurant was amazing, staff was all very nive and accomodating especially when we needed a late check out

wish the pool was open later lol

no breakfast for my kids unless i pay

lazy and did not interact much, smelly hallways, had to get extra hotel key to access the pool, spa was empty

no signs about wifi

clean has a little gym people at the end of the day were nice and helpful

parking lot was not plowed for deep snow.

got another room, changed our own sheet, however we didn t realize that the second room was in pet friendly

very nice and clean, pool was great!

$45 pet fee

breakfast area was a bit cramped. could have been a bit better. but pretty good.

advertise as being pet friendly, however the pet policy is the worst i have ever been asked to sign

they didn t clear the snow on the parking lot.
