pool is not heated, spa is not heated and there is no interior connection between the building where the pool

fact that i was charged before arriving, then my suite spa tub was broken, and i was charged 100$ after i left

free breakfast but there was none,both the gym and pool were closed and only one flavor of creamer for coffee

the breakfast was very good

everything was as stated on the website, very friendly staff, we enjoyed a wonderful buffet breakfast each day

on criticism is the free breakfast is boring, predictable, and disappointing
