the indoor spa and pool was what we were looking forward to

good - coffee ok swimming pool and spa excellent - room very good with some up market

indoor pool and spa was a plus

it was during the covid pandemic so the pool, spa and gym were closed

see not above on the pool temperature

ice machines broken, laundry machines broken

breakfast was fantastic rooms were clean

laundry and trash in the hallways at 1030pm

hotel had a completely separate facility of rooms for pet owners

didn't like not having room service

we requested the room with a spa tub, and both times the tub was out of service

spa in king room , unfortunately charged for it booking gave no refund a glitch in system

in one of the spa suites, fantastic experience

spa was good, breakfast very good

wonderful smelling entryway with a great pool and spa area

ahead and thought the pool was open and warm, but only the spa was hot

our room was clean and the spa tub was amazing

no double rooms on the ground floor. no designated area for pet relief.
