lack of maintenance in the pool area: drinking fountain and showers not working, spa jets appear to be air blower

the pool and spa were a long way from the room,

of how it is set up it would be a little bit of a cold walk to the pool in the winter but it wasn't as bad as

we didn't go to golf, so maybe the golf facilities are great, but there were also hiking trails advertised on

they had a great indoor pool. the breakfast was so good. the staff was very professional.

is an old historic hotel in a great location, the rooms and spa are updated however, the lobby & common areas

were renovating the pool and spa so those were not accessible during our visit

area the hotel is downtown is the best super close to everything and so was the pool and the spa also loved

didn t like the ice on the walking and parking areas

add a pool, hot tub and sauna and it's so restful

view was fantastic , beach is so clean, kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing with the sand all day long

was there 3 nights and housekeeping never came to our room to take care of trash so our kitchen and bathroom

the hotel said they did offer a shuttle downtown but we didn t use it

kids running up and down hallways playing in elevators being very loud and unruly

clean hotel, friendly workers, nice breakfast included and best of all was that the indoor spa and pool were

the 24 hour pool and spa was fantastic

brand new 40 smart tv with easy access if you like bringing your own system, the biggest spa tub we ve

mirror and very nice shower with no curtain but instead a textured glass wall and beautiful tile, spa showerhead
