spa tub in our room was great except the jets didn't work

our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the spa tub in the room.

was friendly and knowledgeable hottub/spa was clean and felt great

was ok - everything worked - paid a bunch to get the room with a spa tub, but maybe worth it (great treat)

swimming pool had very limited hours, perhaps due to covid

the reason i chose this hotel was for the pool an spa however the spa was broken an the pool was so cold ud8

pool and spa need some tlc with paint

timer on spa didn't work

beds were comfortable. spa felt good after an emotional week. quick check in.

my kids said their backs hurt after sleeping on these mattresses

immaculately clean, amazing warm pool, delicious breakfast, incredibly friendly staff, always warm and pleasant

closed bar on holiday so it s not really a dislike, just bad timing. the place was great.

and when i went to use the hot tub, my key card wouldn't let me into the pool area

no complimentary breakfast

there were screaming kids in the hallway by about 8:15, so it was not particularly fearful
