lovely spa tub leaked the times we used it; 2x out of a five nights stay

i would not qualified the spa there as the spa you imagine when you ear the word

facilities are also extremely dated, spa looks worse than a hole in the wall asian spa in nyc

plus: hot shower and nice guatemalian breakfast

breakfast was entirely adequate. building was very attractive and there was ample free parking.

accommodations are comfortable and the spa is fantastic with great options at reasonable prices

the thai spa was very good.

the spa was a mess, bad food experience, the staff have no idea about quality

spa (sauna and jacuzzi) is in bad conditions

their attitude really was great, always trying to make us comfortable, very patients with little kids

the restaurant had terrible coffee and their breakfast was not good; spa did not work, very

main reason why i got the suite was because it has a spa tub- unfortunately, when i tried to fill it the water

the spa and jacuzzi were not in service and the pool from the pool water was super cold, when i ask in

we tried our best spanish only to find out that they spoke fluent english, which would have solved the language

there are too many restrictions, spa and jacuzzi weren't working

the spa was quite lacking in appeal.

room was clean and everything was nice, only there was no chair in there besides the bed in the spa room

the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff are warm and friendly, and the daily breakfast was

we requested a massage and parking, and early check-in, and everything worked perfectly

my husband and i love the breakfast this hotel serves

the hotel is beautifully maintained and the garden and pool provide a lovely area to relax in

the outdoor area, with its small heated swimming pool, was a wonderful spot to sit and relax

facilities were tranquil but exciting for the kids and very relaxing and peaceful with calming spa music played

there is a bar next door and you are in the party until they close around midnight

bed was not comfortable, next to the laundry area (a little noisy), window to laundry area gave us no privacy

we had the room with spa access which was so cool being able to walk from our room to the spa in our robes and

very nice volcano view and the garden was beautiful my kids enjoyed the pool
