the first floor right near the stairs where guests where taking photos however didn’t wake the kids and was

the spa could do with an upgrade as it s quite old but it was clean

inside, when we got there we had been upgraded to a bigger room, it was beautiful, really spacious, had a balcony

of the reasons for booking this hotel, as we stay a week at a time, is the spa and pool facilities

of the experience superb spa and pool breakfast was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had incredible value

awsome!!.exec rooms are really big, spa facilities really good. overall enjoyed our stay

they also enjoyed how close the spa and swimming pool facilities were and made regular use of them during their

staff on reception, use of health spa next door ( at extra cost ) is a good addition to the facilities

a bit of the downside was the pool/ spa next door expect for one day pass to use the pool or facilities there

gym and swimming pool use to be free and now there was a 5 charge

there s free wifi which my granddaughter was very happy with

everything we had spa treatments, drinks, breakfast and tea we really enjoyed our stay

and partner had an amazing weekend the spa facilities were brilliant, food and service was faultless and the

social distancing is spot on with all staff in both the hotel and spa wearing face masks

use of gym/spa next door nice bonus

the free use of the spa next door is a fantastic perk

to have the banatyne spa and pool available to use

breakfast was excellent , and the bonus of the adjoining bannatyne spa was
