due to the covid restrictions we could not use the spa or the gym

the swimming pool is very small, the water wasen't clean

perfect place to stay,close to the airport excellent breakfast. bonaire within walking range.

the breakfast was pretty good,given the covid 19 situation and the low level of

breakfast was good on the first day, but on the second day there was no fresh orange juice anymore,

lots of games and activities for the children and two swimming pools

ideal for families with kids

the kids can run around, be in the pools, etc

the kitchen and bathrooms could do with a bit of tlc

unlimited towels to use at the pools

room because of covid-19, they can not put coffee or tea make in the room, you can not use sauna /spa but what

- better cleaning - spa should be fully renovated - a lot of stuff in the room needs improvement

of things: - spa and pool were closed - the usual covid excuse

wifi worked well

good breakfast, reasonable wifi, very well-located towards the airport and the area arround valencia

gym equipment were not well maintained

the amenities were great, pool, gym, sauna and also paddle court with rackets etc available at reception, no

free parking

swimming pool is small but has good temperature water which is good for kids

every thing was awesome the pool area the spa incredible

really enjoyed the spa and massage

big spacious rooms with incredible view, staff were friendly and helpful, food was lovely fresh and

only thing i d say is that you had to pay extra for spa (indoor pool) and we didn t know that

good facilities, especially the spa on the 3rd floor

spa very small , photo show different, food every day the same ,

we reserved deluxe room with spa access- but spa was closed on that day , and breakfast - 16 per person and

pool and spa were way too cold. no free water or tea and coffee in the room.

the spa area was disappointing it felt a bit dirty and not relaxing at all

not so good , then i found second time plenty of services around the hotel located near the best spa and gym ,

and great pool and spa in building behind hotel

the guy from the bar was closing but he still served us

worst fitness gym i have ever seen in my life. they should just cancel the gym, it is a joke

if you have kids under 6 years old, you have to use car

spa bath was amazing as well as view from the roof top

bar did not open till 8pm and shut at 11pm in the hotel

if you are alone or at least without kids , for sure you should stay at this hotel

even if i am making it difficult for myself to be accommodated again being fully booked roof top pool and bar

morning spent at the rooftop pool - amazing views and great to relax

the spa bathtub was not clean well

the spa bath and its fittings were very old and discoloured making it look less clean than it probably

spa bath, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the near by site seeing, the warmth, the fridge

staff, lovely room with a huge double bed, bathroom with a spa bath and double vanity, close to lots of

no laundry service.

couldn t use the spa facilities due to my husband surgery

hotel is perfect for families as it is really baby friendly - baby chair, bed, kids corner, baby menu, everything

we check the roof terrace, pool and gym facilities

items in the mini bar are 4 times more expensive than market price; should have been cheaper

loved the bar area with very comfortable seats and a roaring fire

the shower facilities after checkout in the building across the street, which also has a small gym in the attic

in the lobby you can enjoy the gas fireplace

a pity, for a 4 star hotel at least some fitness/spa amenities should be available

huge double bed a comfy sofa bed for the kids

early check in was allowed which was a big bonus as we had a very early morning start

- fix the phone at the room 304 please, it does not function - sauna and gym were not working, even with

the gym is very small and has very old equipment.

slow wifi

was impressed by the kids’ choices ( even though this doesn’t apply to me anymore)

amazing rooms, strong ac, and the gym, while sparse, is very usable

would recommend to stay here except for the wifi connection

modern hotel in excellent location good free wifi & very friendly staff have stayed here several times

satyed only 1 night and didn't use any of the awesome facilities such as the gym and spa on the deck

gym/spa was closed for 2 days external building work didn't allow us to sit outside for two days

expect more from the melia brand, bit dated and spa pool falling apart.
