spa is no longer functional

the pool was extremely dirty location not too good. can't walk anywhere

the food the ambience and the service like room service etc quite slow and disappointing.

wifi and parking are extra, and quite expensive with terrible speed, no self parking it takes over

the gym please, mclean it and make upgrades

junior suite was excellent with a big, comfy bed and spa bath

spa tub in the junior suite was great, but power of jets rather low

free valet parking breakfast was okay but nothing special

breakfast was very good and offered a nice selection of mexican food

also, i ordered a soup for room service and was told it would be delivered to me in 15 minutes

room service was excellent. the layout of the room was amazing.

there is a large variety of wellness activities and spa services to take part in and provide a truely restive

only small complaint is they try to upsell the spa a lot and they don t have enough people walking around

i recommend visiting the spa and its restaurant

room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable

hotel, historic building in great location with attached garage for parking

rooms, bathroom, decoration, comfortable beds location, parking

good wifi throughout

we had to change rooms because there was a room full of kids above us who were jumping off the bed onto the

pool was was not warm enough.

definitely recommend to use the spa treatments, we felt like born again after that

the massage at the spa was not very good.

service after the weekend its very slow on breakfast take much longer to bring the coffee but the people there

there were no people at the hotel---very depressing---at least the young lady who tended the bar was charming

noicy blinds old and broken aircon didn t work properly had to use a key in the mini bar fridge every time

some times the bar upstair its close

and i was not communicated in advance that the pool was out of service (and will be for at least 3 more

gym and spa were under renovation, so i couldn't use them

a big bonus was the 1-hour spa access included in the stay, which was a really nice

affiliated restaurant and spa are very convenient

hotel in the city center. large room. little gym. polite staff. good balance price / quality.

claims to be a 5-star hotel and they don t have a pool, a gym and the spa is a room

bar, spa were not open

were given an upgrade as the tv and wifi weren t working in the room we booked

wifi barely worked in our room

they allowed me a 1 hour early check
