restaurants and galleries, amazing friendly staff, comfy rooms with plenty of space; the rooftop pool is wonderful

i loved how you could let room service know you where ready for them to clean

lots of amenities: gym, pool, spacious & comfortable rooms

the gym and pool were nice

we got in earlier than expected and allowed us early check in and late check out

would have liked if the hotel had a spa or offered massage services. not a deal breaker though.

so we had alot of kids running thru and playing with elevators

i had access to all of the amenities the i usually have at my normal gym and more

location, room, facilities, spa, gym, breakfast

we had our kids with us and having no microwave was tough

shut off is also the overall cleanliness is a little shaky but really bad was the hot tub in the spa

spa area was untidy and jacuzzi was cold

ladies at the desk on the spa floor were rude

restaurant at miss river, sizable rooms and bathrooms, wonderful staff, great relaxing pool and spa area and

there is a restaurant on the same floor as the gym and spa that is incredible

spa was very low end for a 4 seasons

when booking nothing was said about the spa being shutdown until 48 hour before i arrived making it impossible

spa one of the best i've experienced particularly the eucalyptus cold mist

spa was very bad

calm and comfortable atmosphere when you want to retire from the quarter, access to dining and spa services,

the spa must be small because no reservations were available. maybe a larger spa.

i stayed in the queen double suite which was gorgeous, spacious and full of natural light

randall at the bar was great

the location the view the nice spa even tho th spa could use some picking upmofmthr leaves that were flying of

that the spa closed at 10pm

also was hoping to use the spa and it was not in

there was no bar, no restaurant, no minibar, no room service

the wifi, it was too weak
