the spa tub in the room was amazing

front view was amazing, the indoor spa and pool were also super nice for rainy weather outside

spa still down 5 years later. door and wall hide it at least.

the pool was set to a colder than ideal temperature and the spa being closed wasn t of any use to me

good the room was great with the ocean front view in the morning was beautiful the pool and the spa was great

the wifi i had issues with staying connected to and the hairdryer didn't work

we did not eat breakfast it is very peaceful and quiet and very friendly

a few shady people hanging around the back parking lot

was a challenge figuring out where to turn to get into the parking lot, but once we knew where to go, all was

price, location, pool and spa area very clean, fresh towels in the am, timely service with

the location, balcony, smart tvs, pool, and spa were excellent.

it for someone else the key wouldn t work because of the changes i wasn t able to enjoy the spa not pool

we cooked so we looked the kitchen has everything you need just bring the food

pool spa area had no bubbles or pressure out of holes

wifi spotty, but was being repaired.

amazing view of the ocean and the balcony offered my husband and i a space to relax while the kids watched tv

won't stay on 1st floor too noisy room was by gym they had a lot of traffic

thing was there wasn t a bathroom in the pool area but the gym had one which was close by

pool had air conditioner running, and the temperature outside was 40

we tried to get booked at the spa for a pedicure for 3 days and could not get in

did not realize that i would need to walk to a separate building to reach the spa and pool

the on-site spa was an extra perk

the spa!!! customer service with the spa and hotel staff was so friendly and professional!!!

trash was everywhere in the parking lot

no indoor pool.

the bar closed at 11. and we didn t even get back until 11:30 from our even in norfolk.

room was clean with room service available daily

he came with towels and laundry spray to clean our floor

we had to ride around a few times and then had to make a parking space

not have room service for my 1st day, room telephone didn't work, i couldn't turn stations on tv without

free parking (but construction is going on around the facility)

parking lot was only issue. maybe a second exit.
