parking lot area was kept up okay considering it was freezing rain while i was there

stayed in room 203 which has a door that goes to the pool area so it gets very loud in that room when people

staying downtown duluth - the hopps brewery and another fun bar lined the entrance and great rooms

staff was super friendly, hotel very clean, pool and spa area amazing

room was excellent pool was really cool! haven't seen a stainless steel pool and spa before.

also, the area around the pool & spa seemed very desolate and i didn't feel comfortable going in alone

the room was spacious and loved the spa tub in our room!

the parking ramp is a little tough with a bigger vehicle.

only issue i had is that you have to walk through the lobby/breakfast area to get to the pool/spa area

only negative we experienced was the temperature and the chlorine level in the spa by the pool

were great, breakfast was very good, and the pool was excellent (they even have pool toys for kids)

items on the breakfast bar did not appear to be fresh

to high demand at this property the parking lot did get pretty full

spa and location. staff was easy to work with. very comfortable beds.
