friendly staff. nice large clean room. the indoor pool and spa was really nice.

the spa was in an out of the way corner

we had a great vacation, the hotel has a wonderful spa complex! we are satisfied, thank you!

the pool area was clean and comfortable

wish the spa was cleaner but it still felt nice.

was because the living room tv didn't work, the bedroom tv had no remote & the light above the spa tub didn't

pool, spa and sauna were not crowded

parts of the building was in disrepair, including the safety bar for entering the spa tub

the toilet running and pipe noises that came from the spa tube side of the room

and my twin teenage daughters got a suite with a spa tub in a separate bedroom

the staff were all very helpful, the room was great, the pool and spa were a treat.

you had to go sit in the bar and wait for a bartender to bring a menu, which never happened

close to everything but free parking and just out of the busy downtown city

was comfy we enjoyed the pool without kids at night 10-11 and the hot tub also starbucks coffee and the restaurant

hotel gym had more cardio equipment than weights

also their bar resturaunt has delicious breakfast and the best blueberry mojito in the area

advertised a breakfast - coffee and granola bars does not feel like breakfast to me

pet friendly. evening and night crew amazing.

and to top it off they are pet friendly

it was very quiet and clean. and i like that there was a small kitchen.

breakfast needs to be serve hot and cold.

everything, our favorite part was the spa pool at night looking over the city
