we booked this hotel specifically to relax in the spa after our flight but swimming pool was not cleaned,

kids running around the pool unattended, actually saw a couple giving the infant a sip of beer

staff, cleanliness, comfortable bed, in room spa tub was amazing and the free breakfast options

paid extra for a spa tub in the room that didn t heat the water

my room light didn t work. spa tub didn t after 20 mins of using it

the message chair in the lobby. the spa in the room was great.

also the spa and pool facilities are heaven, very clean but also surrounded by breathtaking views

spa staff a tad questionable

i didn't love all of the added fees...resort fee, spa fee like why are there two?

they need to remove the landscaping where cars are exiting to free more space for cars to leave

i actually took a shower after my massage in the spa because the shower was much better there than the room

staff were very good, every one was polite from the check in,room service, spa staff and the cleaners

woman at the front desk of the spa was rude when i asked her a question about the cabanas.
