the spa was in an awful location

the spa waiting lounge was very dated and off putting

what sealed the deal for us was the option to have a spa tub in our room and that truly was a fantastic addition

awesome, and i actually messed my neck up while sleeping but i took advantage of the onsite spa and got a massage

2 hour wait for food, spa was broken, other spas were dirty, hot water ran out, pool area had broken chairs,

the huge spa tub the beach is 2 min walk the bed was nice and big and felt great.

i had a king with a spa and a balcony/view of the pool/ocean

very nice hotel, super close to the beach and a huge spa tub in room!

and renovations going own at the property, and there was no forewarning of the pool or spa being closed to

was 10 pm and there were kids running up and down the hallway screaming and knocking on our door

cleanliness, layout, quality of hotel gym, bistro menu selections.

i have is a very small unimportant one the side door right beside our room that led to the parking lot was messed

the hosts at the bar were great. especially yaap. we ate 5 meals there in 2 days.

the pool and spa are completely stained

the pool & spa were closed, it looked like signs posted by the city for unsafe conditions

the lady checking us in was rude, the pool and spa were filthy

the pool and spa was not very clean

spa was not working and the breakfast was not open
