the pool and spa center are small yet offer everything needed for relaxation

husband & i spent 3 nights, our room was great, very spacious, very clean & had everything that we needed

the accomodation lots of space comfortable bed loved the balcony and the gardens and the view of loch ard is so

was a shame that the jacuzzi wasn't available in the spa but other than that we didn't encounter anything we

a long walk along the west highland way i was over the moon to find that the hotel had a spa where i could deeply

were informed the day before arrival that the spa was fully working, on arrival nothing was working, the pool

to be tidied up as it gives a poor impression on arrival, as the refurbishment is on going the spa and gym were

spa and pool were closed - semi-derelict and obviously an area that they still have to renovate

bath had no plug so could not relax in the bath tub, the spa was closed for refurbishment

about this hotel is amazing: room size comfort spa bar breakfast restaurant desk service all

spa was very good and well equipped with shower gel and lockers with keys

the spa facilities are starting to look a bit tired and in need of renovation

its very peaceful rooms are very spacious and comfortable the spa is open until 10pm the bar has an outside area

it was xmas day two families were there with there kids for xmas dinner but later that evening they spoiled

kids eat free and substantial helping.

no wifi in my room

didn't like dinner, the tv was terrestrial, so i never enjoyed it, there was no laundry, no fridge in the room

we also ordered room service up to our room which came quickly and was delicious
