the bathroom was so very small certainly not spa like

nice bed. nice lobby. nice pool and spa facilities. room was clean. tough to beat the location.

the outdoor pool area could use a little upgrade

guests left room service/glasses and garbage outside their doors, and these weren't picked up quickly

there was no room service for 3 days

i liked how clean the room was, how it was appointed and that there was a gym in which to exercise

booked a 2 bedroom cottage with spa bathroom, which when we got there that wasn't the case and we told they no

cabin didn t have the spa tub

adult only spa area was not just for adults

it was a nice property with lots of things to do for kids

location and love the fireplace in the lobby

we really enjoyed our getaway ud83dude0a matt's kitchen was outstanding, and the resort staff were all friendly

beautiful property loves it with my kids and husband

do understand the reasons for no fires in cabin fireplaces (leaves) but it would have been nice

i visited a couple of years ago when the indoor pool was an option, but now that is the only a pool available

the one pool that was open was clean and useful

spa was closed for renovations

this includes the staff in the spa who were all professionals and did a good job

it will be nice when they renovate their spa but that didn't detract from my experience.
