com said would have a spa tub, we didn't even have a tub, just a walk in shower

we had a suite so separate bedroom and living area and a kitchen, along with dining table

the breakfast area tended to be crowded and difficult to navigate.

requested early check in and a ground floor room which the hotel accommodated

they made sure to ask if we had towels when in the pool, asked if we wanted new pillows/sheets
