the spa was in an awful location

the spa waiting lounge was very dated and off putting

what sealed the deal for us was the option to have a spa tub in our room and that truly was a fantastic addition

awesome, and i actually messed my neck up while sleeping but i took advantage of the onsite spa and got a massage

2 hour wait for food, spa was broken, other spas were dirty, hot water ran out, pool area had broken chairs,

the adult pool is finished but the spa and kiddie pool have been waiting for construction over a year now

the pool and the spa were very clean and comfortable

activities for kids or family, supposed to have movie night and it did not happen , no stove in kitchen with

our room was like a one bedroom apartment with a separate living/kitchen area

pool is saltwater and fantastic.

gorgeous,emaculatley clean suite. felt spa like.

-the spa had two jets that barely worked at one end

parking garages were narrow,no spa service

also bummed that the room said it had a spa tub when i booked it and it did not have one when we arrived and

our stay but will not be back price was much too high compared to our statys at the hilton and spa resort down

spa tub was a lifesaver after walking 20+ miles a day

loved being on the beach and nice pool/spa area

everything! phenomenal place. wish the spa was open.

also pool and spa can get overcrowded with children

pool and spa were clean

pool and spa outdoor area were also very nice

i would recommend holiday inn spa and resort

some staff crams into elevator without mask and their laundry
