also wifi wasn t great,

the bar was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised at the prices and that soft drinks and coffee were

location 2 mins from tube, good parking and located just off bottom of m1

very tight driveway to parking behind hotel and when around the back, especially for bigger cars

i had to pay for everything extra, breakfast, use of the gym, etc

the spa area was nice. the rooms were nice.

spacious room, wonderful beds

pool and spa area was great and well maintained

they made good use of the spa facilities

spa is outdated, but this is not a spa hotel anyway. all good

the spa facilities were good in the next door bannatynes spa but as we entered we got chucked out

reception staff were friendly and helpful, the attached spa facilities and restaurant were both lovely to say

down side, thought the spa was within hotel, so got ready for the spa, but had to go outside next door

the spa and sauna were also very nice and relaxing

we enjoyed the swimming and spa facilities as well as the rooftop bar

everything was ok, i didn t check the spa i didn t have time

the pool/spa could be alot warmer. thats the only issue we find

would hv liked a spa and pool

sausage alternative but fresh eggs and toast hash browns and fruit were available and were great, room service

oldy worldy family run, customer focussed hotel, with real keys, dial in to reception and room service

definitely worth the premium with everything included in the stay breakfast and spa facilities

the facilities are brilliant, so much to do around the hotel from a spa morning to a movie night

everything was great from the reception area to the rooms and spa rooms

clean spa area, well put together hotel gym with 24 hour access

all the staff are amazing and so pleasant, and the spa facilities are calming and serene
