the jacuzzi was broken and we had a spa night planned so we were super disappointed and felt that we didn t

2nd time i let room service tidy up the room and replace sheets, towels and other things, my finger nail clipper

itself, there was an adjoining room and we weren't told and we could the neighbor, there was free wifi and we

were going through pool renovations so we had no pool or spa access unless we shuttled to the other site

wish the upstairs terrace by the pool was for everyone. i don t always utilize spa services.

professionalism that i encountered throughout my stay from the spa to the restaurant was outstanding

friendliness of staff. hotel, food, spa workers were there to make your stay an enjoyable one.

we stayed on the 5th floor and there was zero water pressure in the shower and the jets in the spa tub didn't

the bed was very comfortable, and loved the upgraded- spa like bathroom with rain shower, and the little shampoo

the spa and pool were big and spacious and open til 11pm
