it was dirty, smelled bad, and the pool/spa area was closed

lifeguards at the pool were excellent on both days

the size of the room & the bathroom we had. also the bar down stairs was amazing too.

livingroom space, smart tv for netflix etc and or a dvd player for kids

the room was excellent with good basic kitchen facilities and loads of space

access to kitchen amenities in the suite was an added bonus and the spaciousness of the accommodation was

excellent hotel; staff super accommodating, early check-in, good breakfast, indoor pool

very convenient laundry in basement for us to use parking on site was good but pricey ($23) good breakfast too

cost to have your pet stay with you one night is steep, $100

i personally had trouble getting access to the wifi but i found a way eventually

2 wifi didnt work

great spa / swim and hot tub/ sauna facilities. comfortable room.

we had a pet-friendly room and it was very comfortable with great access to outside.

the bar shuts early and was closed one evening but you re not told this on check in.

hotel is pet friendly but they charge extra $40 per night which doesn't make any sense
