spa is better than the ones in usa, hotel has a theater, service is fast

with indoor pool , gym etc , in reality all was shut down , no indoor pool , no gym, no spa , no bar , nothing

the front know they did not have the power to fix it, or do something about it, we had to tell spa people

had a great gym a little bit dark but very well equipped, spa services were great

the toilet in my bathroom leaked and the spa never got hot water after the massage

is really mediocre, i booked the jacuzzi and when i went to the spa area no one was there, i had to call reception

i love that the hotel has a spa section upon request (which i of course used)

i used the spa and the hot tub twice, and had a great night's sleep

very comfortable beds. great venue for a conference. good gym.

our view was to a grey ugly wall and the whirlpool is just included into some rooms, there is no spa center

enough towels, water, shampoo for the people in our room and had to ask twice to get it, as the room service

with laundry service !

after using the laundry service, some of my clothes came back smelling stale, while others had a strange smell

loved that this hotel had a guest laundry

loved the breakfast, kind of fresh fruit you usually don t find in simple business hotels

i would say the parking system and logistic.

staffs are very nice, and i love the fitness center so much, big and satisfied the most workout requirement

room service menu is very, very expensive for what it is

had a bad cigarette smell, they did say they ran out of towels and that they were doing the laundry, i asked

staff only spoke spanish so it was difficult to communicate at check-in or when ordering room service

the breakfast was exelent
