pool and spa have been permanently closed

pool and spa were closed

due to pandemic, but the kitchen didn't have the pots of dishes in the room

uncomfortable, no complementary breakfast, no room service, not very clean, staff was not very polite

kitchen items were available

and the spa has plants growing in it

overpriced. pool was closed. parking was $30 a day, on top of overpriced rooms

the gym was roomy but man it also needed updating

security bar slipped and locked us out of our room requiring maintenance to break it off the door

pool was smaller then the pic implied, hot tub wasn

loved the pool and spa facilities--great lap pool and sauna

the ladies in tbe spa area downstairs really stood out

location in anchorage downtown, very spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms

i love the kind friendly staff from housekeeping to the crow s best brunch and spa personnel.

our room, we enjoyed our suite, the mountain views, the mini bar area, the robe, cable, and wifi

we were told that because we were staying for long enough we could use the spa at hotel next door

for some than others) but the big surprise was the complimentary access to a full fitness and spa club just

location was central easy to get to restaurants nice health club/gym across the street

the room is huge and includes a kitchenette

the voyager inn shares a gym, pool, and an extra restaurant choice directly across the road

the spa bathtub.

read online that they were pet friendly, but the hostess at the front desk told us no pets in spa room

paid for the spa bath and the bath didn t work

having a room with a door while my kid slept in a loving room and there was a kitchen in my room

when trying to check in, not the hotel's fault but delayed check in until after 8 pm then wifi didn't work in

that the room was over charged and didnt have a spa tub like the ad stated

even as i got to the top of the steps, i could hear the dryer in the laundry room making an awful, loud squeaking

great breakfast

hotel kitchen & dining area is being refurbished

laundry room could use a refresh

there is a pool and spa that is great to use after a long day

rooms and beds / nice and clean / close to airport / pool and spa area

didn't like seeing on my bill that i was charged for wifi

100% pool n spa

was so convenient with the shuttle too and from the airport

missed the espresso coffee for breakfast

taxis usually available in parking lot

in the hall there were dirty dishes with food from room service that were there for almost a whole day

restaurant and bar onsite

staff was amazing to help with a late check out cause my flight was mid day

the continental breakfast delivery

breakfast was good, came on time straight to our door.

loved that they bring you a breakfast box in the morning

the host made sure to provide our to go breakfast at a very early hour as we had plans the following day

breakfast is brought to you in the morning and is was fresh
