spa was not working

the hot tub/spa was not working.

convenient location and friendly staff and the best pool

no wifi although they wrote something on the key but didn't come up in settings

very clean and quiet, restaurant and fast food around, covered parking lots.

spa which would be a plus

laundry gym pool

hotel had no laundry bag, no tablet for writing, no pen, no breakfast, no help with the tv no list of channels

third day & night no room service

no fridge, no microwave, awkward small pool, sad gym

the clean room and of course the breakfast

of the 7 machines in the fitness center were out of order and pool and spa were a little dirty

laundry room only takes quarters

very small pool next to extremely noisy highway

i liked the location, cleanliness, comfortable beds & pillows & great breakfast choices.

the spa was warm but didn't work.. i think it's something you should mention to your guests.

i would call up to front desk and charging us for using towels they put us out talking about our kids didn t
