housekeeping and access to pool/spa were limited due to covid

it was large, clean, and the hotel was quiet even despite our room being across from the pool and fitness center

old. run down. gym equipment was a joke. needs a serious refresh.

wifi is slow

the parking lot is awkward on the hill.

the check-in process was efficient, my room was spotless and the pool and spa were wonderful.

i feel that the spa should be open later than 9:00 p.m.

i had to find a room and a shuttle in eugene unexpectedly and these folks really came through

checking i found that my deluxe queen room was 1st floor and the patio opened directly on a parking lot in back

we could not connect to the wifi from our room and we have to run to front desk at least 3 times to complain

we were able to get glass coffee cups from room service for our second night
