options for gym, spa ,and indoor pool !

like that the place was close to the beach,the pool and spa was very nice

loved the pool/spa area staff was very nice and friendly would definitely stay again

we loved the outdoor amenities, the lazy river, pool, updated deck to walk onto beach

small stuff wasn t working like the spa tub the lamp and some of the outlets wasn t working

the spa tub was amazing

the beach parking is not as close as i would've liked

i love the amenities the facility offered: waterpark, gym, and private beach!

we were also given late check out do to us missing the presentation event

only things i liked about the property was the location to the ocean, it was quiet and the parking

the wifi did not reach my room, even though it was advertised to have free wifi

pool was so clean and nice and the rooms was nice and they was cold with the air on loved it there

view to the ocean, the restaurant and bar on the premises, the room, having a kitchen in a motel room, etc

and never clean - having to ask for pool towels every time - no beach chairs or umbrellas - no spa like stated

breakfast was excellent to be complimentary

staff was great and pleasant to work with although the facility itself had horrible pool cleaning but the biggest

also, breakfast is no longer included but we had a kitchen so no big deal for us and there is a mini-

the food at the bar was great and the staff over all was great, jordan is a hard worker, the ladies at front

sleeping arrangements. need bigger bed . a bar on site is needed.

room was nice clean and very private an i love the indoor pool i booked threw a third party an they were very

we were not left any wristbands to go to the pool and we had to find the key fob

you can only get access to the waterpark near the parking garage if you book your room at the front desk

in spa , stove top messed up the guy didnt know how to fix it

everything was great and the kids enjoyed!

were young kids running around the pool and playing around so we couldn't enjoy the lazy river

the kitchen light and fridge weren't working so i contacted who we rented from and they got it working

sad the mini golf wasn't open or the outdoor water park wasn't open

the view location and the spa pool area. the hotel bar tender was awesome.

laundry room took quarters but the resort itself didn't do any cash
