great location on the outskirts of town with plenty of parking.

parking was very good, not at all crowded

also the bar in the lobby was just down

the spa was first class

the room was clean and updated, the spa was phenomenal, and the food was amazing

a king luxury however at checkin they gave us a free upgrade and our new room had a fabulous spa

food at the spa was good but there was no waiter

was too high, toilet was ok for a 4 year old, not enough towels no room service, refrigerator didn't work, after

helpful staff who held our kids eye glasses they forgot and was willing to mail them to us

did not come until asked at 4pm restaurant closed for event - not told no pool/spa no valet between 12midnight

sauna and spa area was an after thought and not the focus of the hotel

wifi was easier to connect to than previous

we only stayed 1 night so didn t have time to check out the spa or pool

newly remodel rooms were amazing. spa suite was huge and beautiful.

room was beautiful, clean, huge spa tub not far from the bed, very comfy king bed

was stunning casino spacious convenient parking garage coffee/mini bar can't wait for the expansion good design

enjoyed my 3 day stay. secure location with pleanty of parking. clean casino and nice rooms.

request regarding pet on reservation was ignored

my kids loved the room

the bar staff was friendly and attentive to everyones needs, the table game dealers were very fun and

liked the indoor pool n spa with a nice fireplace n bbq grill outside plus breakfast us great from 6 to 10 am

pet friendly

bag breakfast comprised of apple, muffin, nutri bar and water

they said it wasn't pet friendly, yet the day i checked out there was a dog in the hallway.

we only received 1 bar of soap to use for the sink and shower
