pool and hot tub were so relaxing after a long drive

it seemed clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

the pool could be a little bigger but the kids still enjoyed it

i booked a king suite with spa bath and i didn't get a spa bath and no explanation as to why

of the jets in the spa tub didn't work well, and the drain wouldn't close tight so had to keep adding water

i was a little disappointed with the spa as the jets do not work very well

we book a wonderful spa visit while at the hotel

there were kids without supervision running a muck

chose this hotel for the indoor pool

and things got gridlocked often, the starbucks does not write names on cups so other people/kids were taking

we spent all week around a lot of noisy and rambunctious kids, so we were hoping to escape that

property has a beautiful aesthetic that relaxes you and puts you in the spa atmosphere

loved the atmosphere of the hotel it was relaxing and had the spa vibe throughout

its uniqueness. not your typical hotel. had more of a spa vibe.

the spa was great as well and i had a wonderful massage

concrete floors, a kitchenette area, and spa robes hanging in the closet

food for dinner was not good the breakfast service was very slow the bar drinks were not

room service had maybe 3 or 4 entrees very disappointing with a in house restaurant

free shuttle (private driver - escalade) available til 11:30pm, on site restaurant, room service, fluffy robes

very pet friendly with special treats for our small dogs.
