the indoor pool was freezing cold, the spa was closed for maintenance and pool towels were scarce

clean, kind staff, comfortable facilities, great spa area, amazing breakfast

upstairs neighbors, pool overran with young employees kids not being supervised, very firm beds, carpet was wet

problems with pool only got to use it once in three days.
