wanted a spa and requested before booking the hotel, turned up and no spa, but it says on your website spa

the pool was warm

late at nigh it was kids on the hot tub no chance to relax

maybe good for kids but as an adult you get 4ft and 6 strokes

visited the pool & there were 20+kids ranging 5-16 years old there, half of them in street clothes, throwing

every employee i encountered from valet, guest services, front desk, and the sports bar were extremely kind

hotel did not have a pool and wifi did not work

me and we wanted to celebrate with a bottle of champagne- we ordered a bottle of champagne from room service

hotel was dated. no laundry service. price was rediculous.
