great service , very clean and the breakfast it s so good . gym and the pool are great

extra charge for wifi

the carpet in the room needs cleaned, my kids feet were black after walking around without shoes

just the pool closes at nine so does the spa ( with kids are not allowed in & which includes no gym for them)

pet friendly rooms had no odor and tile flooring

wifi but clean, grat pool and the staff are friendly

pool was a little cold, but felt good at the end of a hot day.

there was a group of adult about 30 all drinking their own supply letting kids run wild

self check in and option for spa suite, and other options.

room was beautiful, clean, huge spa tub not far from the bed, very comfy king bed

we only stayed 1 night so didn t have time to check out the spa or pool

newly remodel rooms were amazing. spa suite was huge and beautiful.

not much of an option for kids tv

sauna and spa area was an after thought and not the focus of the hotel

the spa on friday was open only until 9:30 and saturday until 8:30

did not come until asked at 4pm restaurant closed for event - not told no pool/spa no valet between 12midnight

not enough meal options and didn t have room service.

and spa closes early and buffet was close and left really dissatisfied i was really looking forward to

room was spacious well appointed and very comfortable the free valet parking a gift we enjoyed fine dining at

large parking lot with plenty of room to park a pickup and trailer

bar restaurant service disorganized, all food brought at once, lamb kabob cold, confusion on

the number of guests checking in, laundry facilities nearby in the rv park, casino was

pool there is no spa jakuz

everything else. the spa tub was amazing

spa (hot tub) was closed the whole time but the pool was open

the spa bath was clean and room very spacious

the spa was either dirty or the cement needs to be updated

i loved the spa tub in our room

as we would expect for the italian style we enjoy while there, and have huge bathrooms with large spa tubs

photos running on screens throughout the casino floors, the rooms were like being a queen and the spa was

loved it! the hotel, staff and conference rooms were great. the spa was amazing!

no room service i stayed 6 days and no one stopped by for things like trash service

helpful staff who held our kids eye glasses they forgot and was willing to mail them to us

spa jets did not work which was quite disappointing, also it listed a putting green and fitness

no spa services seen anywhere except a hair salons that required and advance booking

rooms apart watched movies with a lot fireplace

to have at apartment with kitchen

bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom townhouse is truly wonderful spacious and romantic cozy real wood burning fireplace

the spa was first class

friendly and helpful staff ------- great room with super spa tub

the room was clean and updated, the spa was phenomenal, and the food was amazing

food at the spa was good but there was no waiter

the spa was out of this world every one of your staff truly cares very personable
