lovely spa tub leaked the times we used it; 2x out of a five nights stay

i would not qualified the spa there as the spa you imagine when you ear the word

facilities are also extremely dated, spa looks worse than a hole in the wall asian spa in nyc

plus: hot shower and nice guatemalian breakfast

breakfast was entirely adequate. building was very attractive and there was ample free parking.

accommodations are comfortable and the spa is fantastic with great options at reasonable prices

the thai spa was very good.

the spa was a mess, bad food experience, the staff have no idea about quality

spa (sauna and jacuzzi) is in bad conditions

their attitude really was great, always trying to make us comfortable, very patients with little kids

the restaurant had terrible coffee and their breakfast was not good; spa did not work, very

main reason why i got the suite was because it has a spa tub- unfortunately, when i tried to fill it the water

the spa and jacuzzi were not in service and the pool from the pool water was super cold, when i ask in

we tried our best spanish only to find out that they spoke fluent english, which would have solved the language

there are too many restrictions, spa and jacuzzi weren't working

the spa was quite lacking in appeal.

room was clean and everything was nice, only there was no chair in there besides the bed in the spa room

the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff are warm and friendly, and the daily breakfast was

we requested a massage and parking, and early check-in, and everything worked perfectly

my husband and i love the breakfast this hotel serves

wished the spa was open later.

we used the spa every day while staying there -

gym is nice and adjoining spa has sauna and steam room too

spa on site and treatment was awesome

the spa facilities were not included but had to be paid for in addition

the pool helped rejuvenate us and we loved the view from our porch

the wifi is terrible, drops out every 30 seconds

the pool was heated, courtyard beautifully landscaped perfect place for coffee or a gallo

a bit far from everything and the pool area is a bit dissapointing - no reclining chairs etc, only suitable a

pool also, but small enough that i'm not sure you can actually swim in it

room was elegant with a fridge, internet tv, great shower, and plenty of space and coffee

wish they had a better spa and swimming pool option

there is a spa pool in the middle that leads off to the various avenue of rooms

everything but the spa was out of service for renovation

the spa was out of service and we had no prior knowledge

lack of wifi in rooms, rooms are pretty run down.

staff friendly and helpfull kitchen free of use terrace with amazing view on volcano

there is a communal kitchen, living room and patio area along with a rooftop deck

great location. lovely staff. laundry was done very well.

also the kitchen is fully equipped

they accepted pets

one big point - the hotel is pet friendly and offers food and water for dogs

nice, comfortable and clean room, staff, common area and the kitchen

we had the room with spa access which was so cool being able to walk from our room to the spa in our robes and

the pool is absolute highlight, specially when traveling with kids

it is kind of close to the hotel, but sometimes guests need room service or other amenities

the pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it very much

staff were helpful with all our questions, organising tours, laundry etc

museum, live parrots in the court yard, excellent customer service and the spa was absolutely amazing

all three rooms had weak or almost zero wifi coverage

room was spacious, staff kind, facility beautiful, laundry service was fairly priced and prompt

there was a wifi zone in my room, but i didn't really have much wifi coverage in my room

the bar is very noisy from 8 to 9pm

beautiful hotel, amazing spa with great drinks and food.

the hotel has several museums, a gym and a pool you can use with no charge

everything. the fireplace in the room was an amazing touch!
