pool was a bit unclean

we loved that the pool only got to five feet so the kids could safely be in all of it

wifi instructions were incomplete and confusing

close to the beach, very clean, good breakfast, and the staff were all nice and welcoming

cleanliness, breakfast and great staff.

spa wasn't working and there were no towels at the pool and we weren't informed upon arrival

pool was warm and the spa was hot

the spa was not available for some reason and no breakfast was available

the bars and pool games spa the house keeping and the nostalgia of the place

did not like the pool i thought the pool was heated then when i looked it was the spa heated pool

pool spa area was great

were looking forward to the spa and were told upon arrival that it was closed for repairs

gym was leaking and flooded

bar: we enjoyed the bar area and sports

gift shop attendant gone delivering room service both times we went in to buy water

my nephew enjoyed playing and swiming in the kids pool

everything. staff in the front and in the breakfast a were so nice

kids was all over the place without the parents couldn t get into the spa because of the kids

great food ordered room service and also ate at the glass pavillion located on 2nd floor the food there was

in the bar we were treated so well we decided to have dinner in the hotel as well

i loved the pool , the coffee shop, the gym , and the room was nice and comfortable

hotel has nice pool area for kids

had rented a two bedroom unit on the first floor which i believe was connected to the laundry facilities

breakfast was just perfect

wasn't much of a breakfast when i stayed, but we had also just been through the freeze here in texas, so groceries

smoke free, very family-friendly, cleanliness of the place, specially when we had breakfast

really was looking forward to the pool being open.

there's no shade in the pool. but we still had a great time.

we were given the option of first floor or higher and got a room right next to the pool!

the breakfast was delicious, lots of options and i loved the different coffee options as well

didn t like that there weren t enough pool towels at the pool but that s not a big deal

breakfast was one of the best i've had at any hotel
