the spa area is very nice and is located on the 23rd floor with a superb view

spa is a disappointment, the treatments not the best, products used contain mineral oils, massage

on top of that, the hotel as spa facilities but you have to pay extra to use the standard sauna, steam room

was excited about the spa but unfortunately it was under the maintenance.

very accommodating manage to check in early which is always a bonus i must say the spa services great addition

the bunk bed doesn’t seem hardy enough. my kids didn’t want to sleep on the upper bunk.

lima allowed an amazing set up for the perfect night plus he went above and beyond by giving us late check out

booked this hotel specifically because of the spa and gym

since we arrived around 7 pm it was not too easy to get a parking place

3 of us shared a very spacious room

just outside the hotel and so easy to use to get in to town, food was amazing and the pool/spa is class

good food downstairs in wine bar too for dinner

to the town centre, the staff were excellent, room was above standard for the price paid, great breakfast and

the breakfast was heated frozen bread in the land of best bread in portugal.

room, the staff, the breakfast, dinner in the restaurant, the lift, the roof terrace, everything basically except

decorated, lovely bathroom and walk in shower, lovely hosts made you feel welcome, excellent, breakfast was nice

breakfast was complete, gym inside the building, and easy parking nearby

and, of course, it boasts a pretty good gym which is almost always empty - far better than average

and because i stayed few days , there’s no towels from the laundry room

no bar for drink

there was not enough bar in the hotel, i wanted to drink coffee or a glass of wine in the

location, very helpful staff, good spa and gym facilities, clean rooms and good breakfast

the facilities are amazing especially the spa and gym on the last

interesting design, not ideal for privacy but didn't bother us, bed really clean and comfortable, spa was a

every space feels carefully curated with a modern yet warm character which creates an atmosphere that is
